Started the 4 Hour Body diet today…
3 of my coworkers are doing it too, and it seems to be producing some crazy results.
for breakfast, had a bleh omelette with brocolli, cauliflower, squash, and nasteh beans. it was so sad.
then for a lunch/dinner i had a chipotle salad with carnitas, guacamole, tomatoes, and pinto beans.
i also had a hard boiled egg and some baby carrots with hummus.
i can’t wait for cheat day. wompwomp.
people said the most bizarre things to me at work today…
“how tall are you?”
“you can see your parents tomorrow night, can’t you?”
“stilettos… right… stYlettos!”
“New jersey transit…. nah-jit!”
“[insert extremely racist comments here]”
“do you want to become a christian?”
“i’m looking for a black bag, not too big, i prefer a messenger strap… it’s for a funeral.”
it was a nice second day back, most def.
